"Victor O. Leshyk is currently the Director of Science and Art at the Center for Ecosystem Science and Society, Northern Arizona University. After decades as a professional science communicator for major museums, national parks, publishers, science journals, and universities, he has developed a philosophy of science art that emphasizes the value of art as a medium for education. In this presentation, he shares an image-rich tour of his portfolio to explain how art is essential to improving public science literacy and engagement."
